We currently deliver within India. Delivery availability is confirmed for your PIN code at checkout. If delivery cannot be confirmed for a PIN code, checkout will not proceed.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery PIN code. When your order qualifies for free shipping, the cart and checkout show it as free rather than estimating a fee.
When an estimated delivery window is available for your PIN code, it is shown at checkout. Estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns are governed by the published Returns policy, including the return window and the condition items must be in. If the policy is still being finalised, please contact us for the terms currently in effect.
Refunds are handled after an eligible return is approved. Refund timing depends on the payment method used and is confirmed with you when a return is approved. We do not promise a refund before the return is approved.
Product pages list the sizes available for each item. Detailed sizing guidance is being prepared. If you are unsure, contact us with the product name and your usual size before ordering.
Colours can appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Product images are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible, but small variations can occur.
UPI is the supported online payment method when online payment is configured. If online payment is not configured, your order is saved as payment pending and our team will share payment instructions.
Payment is confirmed only after the payment service verifies it on the server. The website never marks an order as paid because of anything that happens in the browser.
Payment status can take time to reach us. Please do not pay twice. Contact us with your order number and, if available, your payment reference so we can check the status.
Promo codes are entered at checkout. The cart page does not validate promo codes; checkout shows whether a code applies to your order.
A code may require a minimum order value, may have expired, may apply only to selected products, or may have reached its usage limit. The checkout page shows a generic message when a code cannot be applied.
Sign-in uses Google, which provides your name, email address and profile picture. We also store order and delivery details you provide, plus messages you send us. The Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.
